Mindful Reflections II is a powerful 60 minute audio/visual experience designed to help still your mind and guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
The Tibetan singing bowl recording was created by a leading composer in the wellness and meditation space - Christoper Lloyd Clarke.
The timing of the strikes is an essential part of what makes the Tibetan singing bowl recording an effective relaxation tool. Over the one hour duration the bowl is struck at different intervals with increasing gaps of silence (up to 40 seconds) as the experience progresses. The timing of the bowl strikes and gaps of silence gradually trains the mind to become more and more attuned to a state of silence. Your mind will become clearer and calmer as each bell strike fades to complete stillness.
The visuals have been created to be reminiscent of water rings. Ripples slowly emanate from the centre which creates mandala like patterns that flow with the fading sound of the Tibetan bowl. This alchemical combination of sound and visuals creates a soothing experience that can help:
- Calm the mind
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Enhance mental clarity and focus

- Copy the video file to your smartphone or tablet, pop on some headphones and disappear into a world of bliss. Ideal for commutes on public transport.
- Working from home? Copy the media file to your home computer or laptop and have a mind clearing moment between meetings or in your lunch break. Great as a tool to find balance in your day.
- Copy the medial file to a USB stick and play on your home smart TV or home theatre. The visuals look stunning on large screens and can enhance the immersive experience.
